Order Status

For items that are one of a kind, packages generally ship within 3 business days of your order. For custom made items, products are shipped within 10-14 days of your order. If you notify me of an immediate need I will make every effort to meet your deadline.

You will receive a confirmation of your order immediately upon placing your order. You will also receive a shipping notice once your package ships.

Each item is carefully wrapped and in a cotton-filled box - ready for wrapping when it arrives at your door if need be.

Shipping

I provide FREE USPS Priority Mail shipping on ALL orders over $200. For any purchases under $200, I charge one flat rate shipping and handling fee of $8.25. I only ship in the United States.


I will insure items at your request - but typically do not do this because the requirement for a signature at the destination is usually a bothersome issue for my customers. If you are concerned about the safety of your piece during shipping - please request and pay for insurance.

Returns/Exchanges

I am happy to say that over 18 years of business I have rarely had any customers request a return.

If, however, you are not satisfied with your DeVer Original creation, I will accept returns within a 14 day time period. You must notify me, and safely ship the item back to me within this time frame, letting me know the reason for your return and if you are requesting an exchange or a refund.

For exchanges, any difference in cost/additional shipping expenses will be determined during the exchange process. As a small business I do need to pass onto you any additional shipping charges that are incurred if you request an exchange.

If you prefer a refund, you will be refunded all your money minus any shipping costs. If you received free shipping on your order, your refund will be equal to what you paid minus the shipping charge that I incurred sending the item to you.

Of course, if your return is a result of any defect or problem with the piece (which rarely occurs) I will gladly either repair the piece or reimburse you 100% and will not deduct shipping expenses.

The end result is that your satisfaction is my ultimate goal!

Special Note on Sales/Clearance Pieces

All sales/clearance pieces are FINAL SALE. Therefore please make every effort to ensure sizing requests are correct. If there is a defect with a piece, I will work with you to resolve the issue. These issues must be brought to my attention within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
